Elements:

Batteries made out of lead

Aluminum
Gallium
Indium
Thallium
Tin
Lead
Bismuth

Periods: 3,4,5,6
Groups: 13,14,15

Metals in mixed groups = Solids

Physical Properties:

Most of the elements in this group are made out of silver
Most of the elements in this group are soft
Most of the elements in this group are lightweight

Chemical Properties:

Most are not reactive
Aluminum is nonmagnetic
Most of these metals are good conductors of heat and electricity

Interesting facts:

In space, if unprotected pieces of metal touch each other, they stick together permanently.
70% of metal is only used once then discarded. 30% is recycled.
Led is the oldest metal.
